The independent organisation we have chosen to undertake investigations of all complaints with (will) also write to you acknowledging thier (their) involvement. All complaints to Corner Enterprises Ltd must be in writing, Complaints not in writing will not be followed up or discussion around these entered in too under any circumstance. Complaints via the website can be lodged and will be accepted as email or using the form provided.

Corner Enterprises Ltd will respond within 48 hours of a written complaint in writing acknowledging receipt of any complaint and documenting procedure forthwith.
